The Starter House was part of a series of improvements made to the Brackenridge Park Golf Course. They Starter House is where golfers checked in to begin their round on the golf course. The NYA built the Starter House, Caddy House, tee boxes and drinking fountains. Only the Starter House remains and is in use.
